Chrissy called the VA this morning and got verbal authorization to start radiation! She woke David up and he went to the radiation clinic and got his arm measured/marked to begin radiation on Monday.

Later this afternoon the doctor called with some of the test results:

• The Spinal tap came out clean
• The Bone Marrow Aspiration showed no Leukemia.
• The biopsy to his arm showed Leukemia cells in the fluid.

He is supposed to keep the arm elevated above his heart over the weekend.

He was scheduled to see the Head Oncologist at the hospital on Monday, but it contradicts with his first radiation appointment. So they will have to reschedule his oncology appointment.

Chrissy said that everyone in the house does so better when David is home.  The house is much more peaceful.She said..."God is taking care of us".

Their pastor and the youth pastor are coming over to mow and weed-wack the lawns.
