Wednesday was a frustrating day.
Prescriptions were finally filled after a 4 hour delay.
When the hospital was discharging David they wrote him prescriptions but they accidentally tore the prescription paper so the pharmacy in their home town
wouldn't accept it. David and Chrissy eventually had to pay out of pocket to
get the pain medication, because he was in too much pain to drive that far to
the VA in Salisbury.
They showed up for the radiation appointment but ended up
just leaving without treatment because they need to wait for the VA to
“authorize" it and they haven’t yet. The MRI now shows bleeding in his arm
since everything is being so compressed.
Shomar, David’s German Shepard puppy is comforting David
at home.
