David was discharged from the hospital today and Dr. Sender said he could do the remainder of his chemo as an outpatient.

He was sent home with a blood booster called Neupogen that Chrissy has to inject him with every night for several nights.

He also had to have a new PICC line, his old one was becoming “highly questionable”, there was oozing and redness around site.

Their Physician assistant gave them a great deal of information regard the bone marrow transplant. One of the things Chrissy shared was the fact that if a donor isn't found. David will have to continue to receive chemo indefinitely, even if that means 10 years. Please pray that a donor is located.

Brandy, a dear friend that Chrissy has met through the Sheriff’s department was kind enough to watch the kids for several days so Chrissy could transport and attend to David.
