 I asked David's brother Joshua for "intel" today. Josh is an officer in the Marine Corp and here is the response I received:
Here is the intel you requested:
At approximately 0700 today we received word that a person of interest (POI) was residing in this general vicinity:

Later, we narrowed the location to this building here:

You'll note the two possible escape routes via helipads, so make sure you have air support.

Exercise extreme caution, he has in his possession items of radiation as well as several sharp objects and possible biological agents in the form of bags hanging from storage spaces in his lab:

The locals have informed us the POI is experiencing diarrhea, terrible tastes in his tongue, multiple sores in his mouth, general feelings of sickness, and that he has been hyped up on a new drug, Immune Globulin. This drug is said to suppress his current immune, allowing a stronger, more active one to replace his in two days. Time is of the essence, as when he gets the new immune system he will be unstoppable!!
