David - Feb. 2, 2010

The results from spinal tap that David had on Sunday are inconclusive. The cancer may or may not be only in the bone marrow but may also be in the brain. They will continue to take do Spinal taps regularly to track if the cancer has spread.

David has to receive blood platelets; Two days ago his count was 50, 200 is normal. He needs the count higher to be able to start Chemo. If all goes well with the platelets, then he will start receiving chemo tomorrow.

Originally we were told that he couldn’t see the kids, but today we found out that as long as they are healthy David can be wheeled out to the lobby to visit them.

They have applied for a grant that could help fund an apartment in the area. Please pray that they qualify.

"So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10
