The Brain radiation ended up being scheduled at UCLA instead of UCI. David had to be at UCLA on Tuesday for an 11:30 am and 3:30 pm appointment. The 11:30 appointment was for taking measurements and the 3:30 time slot was for the radiation. His friend Jonathan took drove him up and spent the day with him.
Today he had a 3:30 pm appointment and Thursda y will be at 11:30 am. His Dad will drive him. He says the brain radiation makes him tired and he has a headache.
Ethan ended up with a fever of 103 degrees on Tuesday. David said his fever is lower today
David said the new donor is lined up. He’s a 20 year old male. David will be admitted on Sunday, August 21, 2011 to start his full body irradiation.
