Joe had a nice visit with David for a couple of hours this morning. David was feeling a bit nauseous and was waiting for his anti-nausea medication to arrive. They were able to get the internet working on his laptop while he was there.
David was a little discouraged today when he found out that the internal medicine team is discussing the possibility of keeping him at the hospital for a 40+ day treatment plan. Because he is young & durable they can be more aggressive with his treatment and perhaps see better results. The decision will depend on the approval of his attending physician. Please pray for wisdom. He enjoys being home with Chrissy and the kids. It's a tough choice.
Chrissy took the kids to the hospital this morning for breakfast. They had a nice time and the kids didn't want to leave. Chrissy told me tonight that they are planning on another Spinal tap on Tuesday.
The Bennett family was kind enough to watch the kids today so Chrissy could get some pampering time. Chrissy and the kids came over for dinner tonight. The minute they hit the door they wanted to play "Tiger" with Aunt Sarah. It's a game that they play that includes lots of running and screaming through the house.
"The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house, says the LORD Almighty."
